Here are the steps for quotation:

1. Press [ Add To Cart ] button to store all chosen items temporarily.
2. Press [ Order Cart ] button in the above main menu will toggle the display of Order Cart.
3. After you have added to cart of all items, press [ Order Cart ] button to display it, then press [ SUBMIT ] and [ SUBMIT ] until you see the successful page.
4. During the process, we will not ask you to pay. After your submission of the inquiry order, we will quote you by email usually within 24 hours. You can alter to any sizes and do any alterations based on your instructions after your acceptance of the quotation by return emails communication.
5. You can also edit the item quantities, colors, fabrics, and sizes after you have submitted the inquiry order for quotation. Simply by pressing the above [ Member ] button to go to the member section, and press the [ Past Order ] button there for viewing and editing.
6. Tentative payment methods: "Western Union", "Moneygram", TT to our "HSBC Bank" or "China Bank". For Paypal only accept from Old Customers have been with us more than 2 months, for new customers only accept the small amount of shipping balance payment.
7. Disclaimer: photos on this website are for style reference only. The quality is reflected by the product price. We are not responsible for goods sold.
8. We only manufacture the clothings when you have confirmed them. Please only submit those items you possibly will order after quotations because to calculate the cost of manufacturing them will take up a lot of time. If you need to do samples, instead of normal 12 pcs per style, please state the word SAMPLE in the final remarks box before you press the [ FINAL SUBMIT ] button during submission process, we will edit the 12 pcs default quantity to 1 piece and add the Sample Surcharge on top of the quoted price later on. Minimum requirement for sample is 3 samples per order per shipment.
9. For your styles or our styles, prices are the same because our factories have several paper pattern makers can make all changes of any clothings too. We also do your woven label, paper swing tag with small minimium requirement as well. We also do small order of screen prints, embroideries and hand sew-on beadings/sequins with an attractive price.

Quotaton of your styles with photos or sketches:

1. You must register as a free member first, with shipping address and contact telephone so that we know you are a serious buyer. Then email us your Login name so that our staff will see to it. For many items quotation, we may temporarily upgrade you as an VIP member, then you can upload the photos for quotation with image files such as .jpg , .bmp or .gif formats. But for pdf files you need to change that to .jpg format first.
2. Those styles you uploaded can only be seen by you, which will be started with an X. Any item numbers started with an "X" meaning "No Show" item. You can only see them under your order details page. Other customers cannot see them. Even if you input in the website search box with the X item number, you cannot find them. It is to tell you that we will not use your styles to sell or show to any other buyers or visitors.
3. If you only want us to sew you the sample, min. is 3 samples per order per shipment. And need sample surcharge per style.
4. Our staff will email you the quotation links within 24 hours.

Q & A:

Q: Can I make samples first?
A: Yes, but sample need sample surcharge. In fact making 10 pcs per style with 1 size, or 12 pcs will have 3 sizes which is a very small quantity already for a factory, maybe you can just try this small order instead. Min is 12 pcs per style with 3 sizes, and 3 styles or 36 pcs total per order. But if you want a sample first which need to add the sample surcharge, min is 3 samples per order.

Q: What size will a sample come in and how long do they take as I would like to order more? How long does the clothing usually take to complete?
A: Can make any size because we are a factory. Standard production lead time per order no matter big or small is around 3-4 weeks after payment receipt as it needs to queue up in the production lines.

Q: Are you able to price the custom design I sent over?
A: Those will be around the same prices as our styles that we have quoted you.

Q: For full production am I able to specify exact sizing measurements or do I have to stick to your US sizes?
A: We can sew based on your size chart or specific size measurements.

Q: If I ordered a sample of custom top I sent through to you what extra costs do I need to pay?
A: The cost of making that sample + sample surcharge + postage. But min. is 3 samples per order.

Q: If I send you a sample of fabric, how close can you usually match it?
A: We will send a china purchaser to search in China big fabrics wholesale markets, thus, should be ok.

Q: How much does the cost of each garment go down if I send you my own fabric?
A: Deduct the fabric cost if we buy them from China.
